Fiona joined Forum in 2006 after appearing in The Gas Heart/Hamletmachine. Her other credits with the company include Antigone, Valparaiso, Kid-Simple: a radio play in the flesh, and the DC Beckett Centenary Festival (Come and Go, Rough for Radio I). Fiona originated the role of Susan Brown West in Baked Baby with Cherry Red Productions, where she also appeared in Seven Deadly Dwarves, three rounds of Day-Old Plays, and the film Trapped by the Mormons! She also managed Cherry Red’s media relations for four years.
Fiona’s other DC credits include The Disappearance of Janey Jones (The Hatchery Festival); O.K. (The Inkwell); The Power of the Dog (Longacre Lea); Harm’s Way (Purchased Experiences); Rhinoceros (Rorschach Theatre); Far Away, The Russian National Postal Service, and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (The Studio Theatre); and The Anastasia Trials in the Court of Women (Venus Theatre). She has a BA in English and theatre from Oberlin College and an MA in text and performance studies from King’s College, London, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She is also an alum of The Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory.
Fiona spends her days as a publications editor for a DC nonprofit organization. She lives in Takoma Park with her husband, fellow actor Jonathon Church.
